IMO trainers must undergo specialised training

The Brunei Times, 2 Sep 2015 - Article featured Singapore Maritime Academy’s lecturers, Captain Osman bin Sam and Captain Ho They Sang, conducting the International Maritime Organisation’s (IMO) “Train the trainers” course in Brunei. The course will increase the competency levels of local instructors and ensure that Maritime courses in Brunei are aligned with the high standards set by the IMO. Similar story with photos of Captain Osman was featured in the local Malay newspaper, Media Permata.
