22 May 2017

The Straits Times, 20 May 2017 - Article highlighted that Swedish chain Ikea Singapore will stop selling its popular chicken wings at the restaurants in its two stores. This move is a result of not having met its customers’ satisfaction recently, and wanting to work with its supplier to improve the wings before bringing them back. Ms Sarah Lim, a senior retail lecturer at SP’s business school, said that Ikea was doing the right thing in improving the quality of its offerings. She also opined that it needs to revamp its whole dining experience.
