Channel News Asia Show, 9 Nov 2015 - Episode Three of It Figures Season Four featured the host visiting different specialists in food science and nutrition to get their opinions regarding fats in food. The host of the show visited the Food Analysis Laboratory in SP to conduct a fats analysis test. In the segment, Diploma in Food Science and Technology lecturer Matthew Koh did a test on fats found in various food products and explained the possible discrepancy in the test results. SP’s segment starts from 6:23 and ends at 9:20.
