Launch of Earn and Learning Programme in Power Sector

Lianhe Zaobao, 14 Sep 2015 - Article featured the launch of SkillsFuture Earn and Learn Programme in Power Sector. This programme is jointly spearheaded by SP, Singapore Workforce Development Agency, Energy Market Authority, Union of Power and Gas Employees and the Power sector. Participants will receive a starting salary of at least $1900 at the start of the programme. Upon successful completion of the 18-month programme, they may receive up to 8% wage increment subjected to their performance. They will also attain an Advanced Diploma in Power Engineering awarded by SP upon completion of the programme. Similar story was reported in Beritan Harian.
