MDA scholarship recipients are off to chase ‘the movie dream’

Lianhe Zaobao, 22 Aug - DDM graduate Alvin Lee has been awarded the Media Education Scholarship (Film) at the MCI Scholarships Award Ceremony yesterday. Alvin is believed to be the first Singaporean to be successfully enrolled in the prestigious Beijing Film Academy where he will study to become a film director. He outshone other 1470 applicants for this year’s enrolment and earned one out of the 20 spots available in his faculty.
