Showing good performance at poly after ITE

Berita Harian, 14 Sep 2014 - Aqilah Alwai, who is now pursuing a Diploma in Architecture in SP, was one of the Malay-Muslim students who was awarded with a Mendaki Bursary in the annual Mendaki Awards Ceremony. Aqilah, who once aspired to continue her further education in a polytechnic after secondary school, was unable to do so after her dismal GCE “O” results. Eventually, she went into ITE College Central to pursue a Higher NITEC, where she scored a perfect GPA of 4.0 and earning her a chance to pursue a diploma in SP.
