Singapore marmalade wins award

The Straits Times - Life!, 9 Apr 2017 - Article featured marmalade producer Sharon Lee, owner of home-grown label Straits Preserves. Her recipes have won numerous awards over the years, and most recently gold at the World's Original Marmalade Awards held three weeks ago. Sharon started Straits Preserves in 2014, after spending two years sourcing for suppliers and scaling up her recipes with help from SP’s Food Innovation & Resource Centre.
