They’re screaming all the way to the top

The Straits Times, 30 October- Dexter Chng, a SP Diploma in Games Design and Development graduate was part of the team that won the best student game amongst 121 entries at this year’s Independent Games Festival (IGF). The IGF is the independent game design wing of the annual Game Developers Conference, the largest international annual gathering of professional game developers. His game titled ‘Lurking’, uses the microphone which picks up noises made by the users, and translates them into the game to intensify the gameplay. Dexter is currently studying at Singapore’s DigiPen Institute of Technology.
