Top of the class despite personal setbacks

The Straits Times, 20 August 2014 - Three SP students were presented with the Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship to Encourage Upgrading (LKY-Step) award, which recognises ITE and polytechnic graduates who excel in their schoolwork and co-curricular activities. The three students are Mr Muhammad Asyraf Chumino from the Diploma in Hotel and Leisure Facilities Management, Mr Jeremy Lau Tuck Wei and Mr Shaun Tan Xin Hao from the Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. All three students opined on their successful academic journey thus far and how ITE has helped to build their skills foundation.
