Volunteer arm of SCDF marks 10th anniversary

The Straits Times, 15 Aug 2016 - Article featured the 10th anniversary of the Singapore Civil Defence Force’s volunteer arm. One of the featured volunteers is SP’s Diploma in Aerospace Electronics student Leow Jun Cong. He shared how he helped fight a warehouse fire in Tuas alongside full-time firefighters after graduating from the volunteer firefighting course. Jun Cong hopes to become a full- time firefighter after completing his national service. Similar story was reported in Today.
