Award winner rescued woman trapped in toilet with male stranger

The Clementi Police Division has presented a member of the public with the Public Spiritedness Award for helping a woman who was trapped in a toilet with a male stranger. At the same ceremony, five institutions including SP were awarded the Community Partnership Award in recognition of working closely with the Clementi Police Division to develop and implement crime-prevention initiatives.
