Clean energy companies will co-sponsor students for power-sector scholarship from next year

Article featured three SP engineering students who were awarded the Energy-Industry Scholarship last Friday. They are Diploma in Mechatronics and Robotics student Bryan Low, Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering student Muhammad Harith Hidayat and Diploma in Aerospace Electronics student, Wesley Wang. Bryan who is interested to work in power plants and make electricity generation more sustainable will be posted to Keppel Merlimau Cogen after completing his studies and national service. Muhammad Harith’s interest in electrical engineering grew as a result of wanting to help his father with the electrical repair work at home. He will be posted to Senoko Energy while Wesley will be posted to Tuas Power.
