Deal inked to develop local seafarers

Article featured the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Brunei Gas Carriers Sdn Bhd (BGC Pte Ltd) and SP’s Singapore Maritime Academy (SMA) during a virtual event yesterday. The MoU signed between BGC’s Managing Director and SMA’s Captain Mohd Salleh inked the commitment to develop Brunei seafarers under BCG’s marine cadetship programme, which will take place in Singapore with SMA. It is also an avenue to develop formal collaboration and cooperation between BGC, Brunei Maritime Academy and SMA in the fields of education, research and training programmes.
