Express coach companies launch automated kiosks

An increasing number of express coach companies are launching automated kiosks, in a bid to automate processes and improve productivity. Amos Tan, SP senior lecturer and head of marketing and retail, shared that technology should be gradually introduced to work process and services in order to allow users to adapt to it.
