Long-term use of technology? Firms share their methods at seminar

Article featured Norhuda Rabani, owner of Asyura Paste, who has been working closely with SP’s Food Innovation and Resource Centre (FIRC). She shared how FIRC has helped her immensely with marketing her paste products to overseas markets, such as China, Australia and Taiwan. FIRC has helped Norhuda come up with non-frozen versions of her product, free from preservatives while having a longer shelf life.. Norhuda will be sharing more on her collaboration with FIRC at the Future of the Economy Seminar on 11 November at FIRC.
