Maritime Scholarships

Newsclip featured the MaritimeOne and Tripartite Maritime Scholarships. The scholarships are part of the maritime industry’s efforts to develop the pipeline of talent into the industry. This year, the Government, maritime businesses and local seafarer unions presented close to S$1.9 million in maritime scholarships to 49 recipients. Newsclip also mentioned that there are more females receiving the maritime scholarships this year. Among the MaritimeOne scholarship recipients is SP’s Singapore Maritime Academy graduate Siti Shamilah.
