Modifying bus sets into office chairs, polytechnic student receives 80 orders a day

Article featured Year 1 Diploma in Business Administration student Zeng Junrui who used his ingenuity to transform the orange seats of old double-decker buses into office chairs. He took photos of the modified chairs and put them up for sale at his father’s company’s Facebook page for $100 each. He had to take down the listing the very next day to focus on fulfilling the 80 orders as he did not expect such an overwhelming response. Junrui has been following his father to work since young, learning how to dismantle vehicle parts. He now assists his father in running his business whenever he is not in school.
