More than 5,300 Singapore Polytechnic students received their diplomas

More than 5,300 SP students have received their diplomas at the 63rd Graduation Ceremony which started last week. Among those who excelled were Naufal Ilham Muhammad and Sarah Binte Nahar Azmi. Naufal, who scored a perfect cGPA in his Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering course, was almost 10 years older than his peers in his cohort. His interest in the biomedical sector started when he was an SCDF volunteer. When he was in SP, he was also involved in research on marine robotic systems and his team came in fifth in the Singapore Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Challenge (SAUVC). Meanwhile, Sarah graduated with a Diploma in Media & Communication and was awarded the Chua Chor Teck Gold Medal.
