Noise GIF Fest 2019 opens at Gillman Barracks with over 150 GIFs and free entry

Article highlighted the Noise GIF Fest 2019, a free exhibition that features over 150 GIFs based on the theme of magic. The GIFs on display were curated from a pool of more than 600 entries submitted by students and working professionals in an open call. One of the local artists featured is SP’s Diploma in Visual Communication & Media design (now known as Diploma in Experience & Communication Design) student, Syafiq Kasim.
