Polytechnic students impress judges with a 3D printed dish inspired by Indian panak paneer

Inspired by the North Indian spinach and cottage cheese-based palak paneer, SP School of Mechanical & Aeronautical Engineering students Chong Ing Kai and Yew Zi Hon constructed a 3D printed dish that impressed the judges of the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) Armstrong 3D Printing & Design Innovation Challenge 2022. Their creation, which used real food ingredients to form the ink for the 3D printer, were the winning team of the polytechnic category of the competition and won the top prize of $5,000.
