Article mentioned that SP’s collaboration with Kim San Leng’s coffee shop came in third place in the Neighbourhood Innovation Challenge held at the Singapore Heartland Enterprise Seminar 2021 jointly organised by The Federation of Merchants’ Association and Lianhe Wanbao. Minister of State Low Yen Ling also announced at the seminar that Enterprise Singapore (ESG) will be collaborating with Institute of Technical Education College by engaging its students to help heartland business owners create an online presence. Additionally, ESG and Heartland Enterprise Centre Singapore (HECS) will also be launching the Heartland Visual Merchandising programme within the next few months.
