Using holographic technology to simulate reality, SP students ‘place themselves’ in the laboratory to learn and study

Article mentioned that SP is the second Institute of Higher Learning, after the National University of Singapore, to use the HoloLens mixed reality device’s holographic technology to simulate real-world laboratory equipment and setting. This enables students from the School of Chemical & Life Sciences to learn and study more efficiently. SP lecturer Chia Fu Siong Charles shared that the device has improved classroom learning efficiency and given students more learning opportunities. SP Diploma in Applied Chemistry student Ng Lin said that the device has been very useful in preparing her for laboratory tests.
