‘Engine’ driving the oil tanks of life

He recounted his struggles of having to drop out of school to start work at a young age and opined that undergoing the PACE diploma gave him a chance to learn new skills even at an advanced age. He also encouraged seniors to constantly acquire new knowledge through education.
