Daily Operational Hours

The e-Services are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week (excluding maintenance, upgrade and physical environment disruption due to external parties and planned shutdown).

The support hours are during normal office hours 8:30am to 5:30pm , Monday to Friday (exclude Public Holidays).

Scheduled Service Maintenance Period

The service(s) will be undergoing schedule maintenance and will not be available during the following period stated below. We apologise for any inconvenience.
