REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATION LETTER FOR SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF COURSE

• This service is applicable to graduands who require an official letter from SP (before the Graduation Ceremony) to certify that they have successfully completed their course of study.
• The certification letter will be addressed "To Whom It May Concern". It verifies the validity of your award and mentions that you will be receiving your diploma scroll and transcript at the graduation ceremony. The letter does not contain any exam grades.
• To apply for this certification letter, you may download it through the Student Administration System (SAS) (Academic > Certification Letters (Self-Service)) after the release of your final year exam results.
• The letter will be issued one time only, upon request, and is free of charge.
