Course Objective
This course equips participants with the essential skillset for designing, conducting, and evaluating competency-based assessments within structured Workplace Learning Programmes.
They will explore the role and its purpose, how to create effective assessment tools, and assess structured workplace learning programmes for reviewing employee performance.
Furthermore, required assessment records and documentation, upholding compliance to audit and maintain curriculum's quality, is also covered.
