Course Objective

This course will focus on Process Improvement Analysis, Steps and Planning for redesigning Business Processes or Implementing new ones, improving participants’ desired performance. They will be guided at regular intervals to receive maximum benefits, when articulating company transformations ideas and technology roadmaps.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
  1. Determine and co-relate Business objectives and process bottlenecks
  2. Perform focused analysis on current scenarios
  3. Apply gap analysis to prioritise required actions
  4. Clearly define problem statements
