2. Enable participants to apply knowledge in a step-by-step process, required for handling data visualization projects.
3. Equips participants with necessary skills in Microsoft Excel for data wrangling, data cleaning, transformation and conditioning.
4. Facilitates participants to integrate data using appropriate data visualisation tools e.g. Microsoft Power BI and build a representative dashboard to support process monitoring and decision making.
5. Enables participants to use appropriate visuals required for their project.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to (with their dataset):

• Appreciate the data available for study;
• Scope the data visualization project;
• Apply techniques relevant for data transformation & conditioning;
• Derive and include relevant data fields required for the visualisation;
• Choose appropriate visuals required for the project;
• Differentiate between data analysis and data analytics;
• Use appropriate functions / visuals / DAX readily available in the software used for the project;
• Identify the do’s and don’ts in a visual analytics project;
• Build a dashboard that meets almost all the requirements.
