What You Will Learn
Participating First-Line Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders will be exposed to different leadership styles and qualities to adopt new practises benefitting their companies. They will be equipped with working knowledge and skills to effectively communicate with others, maximise employees’ potential through constructive feedback and coaching, as well as manage work relationships and performance at the workplace. Participants will also be able to effectively conduct job interviews, ensuring fair and unbiased hiring.
