Course Objective
This immersive, hands-on course aims equipping participants with the understanding of analysing their common Human Resource (HR) pain-points, through curated success stories and relevant industry insights. They will learn to use readily available HR templates and solutions, applicable to their companies for boosting Employee satisfaction, higher productivity, efficient workflow, and cost savings.

This course is a collaboration between the Singapore Polytechnic (SP) and the Institute for HR Professionals (IHRP) aimed to raise national awareness on human capital development particularly among Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). It is also a platform to showcase key solutions providers like SP and IHRP in assisting SMES on their enterprise transformation.
