Course Objective
This course aims to equip participants with the skills to easily create useful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts to automate human resources processes, without much coding or programming knowledge. They will learn how to achieve this through using a RPA software.
Robotic Process Automation is the application of technology that allows employees in a company to configure software or a “robot” to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital system. This course will show how businesses can automate some of the repetitive and mundane human resources process to bring about an improvement in productivity and get Human Resource (HR) professionals to move up the work value chain.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:- Explain what is RPA and how it can help to automate HR processes
- Develop RPA solution for common HR used cases
- Identify other HR processes suitable for RPA implementation
- Develop RPA scripts using learner’s selected HR process
