Course Objective

Design and power sustainable buildings in Singapore today!

As Singapore advances its Green Plan 2030 and strengthens sustainability standards through BCA Green Mark requirements, demand is growing for professionals skilled in energy-efficient building systems and sustainable facility design.

Through this Specialist Diploma in Air-conditioning & Energy Sustainability, you will gain industry-relevant expertise in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, energy modelling, intelligent building management, and sustainability practices, equipping you with key skills to develop greener, smarter, and more energy-efficient buildings aligned with Singapore’s sustainability goals.

What You Will Learn
  • Understand and design energy-efficient ACMV systems for commercial and industrial buildings
  • Apply energy modelling techniques using latest Integrated Environmental Solutions (Virtual Environment) or (IES VE) software
  • Gain knowledge of BCA Green Mark schemes and sustainable building practices
  • Develop competencies in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) for efficient facility operations
  • Strengthen skills in energy management, sustainability, and intelligent control of building systems

Upon completing the Information & Energy Modelling of Facility module, you will receive an Autodesk e-certificate in Revit MEP Modelling (ACMV), recognised across architecture, engineering, and construction firms worldwide. Autodesk Revit is the industry-standard BIM tool for MEP engineers, and this credential tells employers you can use it.
