Course Objective

Drive the future of Singapore’s Built Environment industry with confidence!

As our industries undergo rapid digital transformation, Building Information Modelling (BIM) becomes a critical capability in integrated planning, design, construction, and facility management, especially with BCA’s CORENET X mandate requiring BIM-competent professionals to manage every major project. As projects become increasingly complex and collaborative, organisations seek skilled professionals who can lead BIM implementation, manage project coordination, and drive digital workflows across the entire building lifecycle.

Through this Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling Management, you can gain skills in advanced BIM management, strategic planning capabilities, and learn to facilitate collaboration across stakeholders using data-rich BIM models.

What You Will Learn
  • BIM fundamentals, workflows, software tools, and modelling processes used across project lifecycles
  • Develop BIM implementation strategies, standards, guidelines, and risk management practices for organisations
  • Apply BIM for design coordination, documentation, clash detection, visualisation, and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Use BIM for quality assurance, quantity surveying, construction planning, 4D scheduling, and 5D cost estimation
  • Manage and collaborate on real-world BIM projects involving modelling, sustainability, e-submission, and project coordination across disciplines

Designed For
Aspiring BIM Modellers and BIM Engineers seeking to advance your career in the Built Environment industry, and current technical staff involved in architectural, engineering, or construction coordination driven to transition into BIM leadership and management roles.
