The Skills Training & Enhancement Portal (STEP) is an online platform that provides participants and companies with access to training courses and learning resources. Users can sign in based on their role - whether as a student, company representative, administrator, or lecturer - to manage course enrolments and track progress. STEP supports lifelong learning by offering a centralised space for skills development and workforce training.
Developed jointly by Singapore's five polytechnics and ITE, POLITEMall is your one-stop portal to access online learning content across multiple sectors and disciplines. In POLITEMall, you will be able to access high quality learning resources at your fingertips for an engaging online learning experience!
SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Funding Subsidy for Individuals

SP's Part-Time Diplomas and Post-Diplomas, SkillsFuture Career Transition Progrrammes and Short & Modular Courses with SSG Funding are eligible to use PSEA.
Payment of Course Fees using SkillsFuture Credit (SFC)
SP's Part-Time Diplomas, Post-Diplomas and selected Short & Modular courses are eligible to use SFC.
Applicants can complete payment using SFC in the STEP student portal. Please note that applications to use SFC is only available starting 60 days from the course commencement date.

ITE Progression Award (IPA) for ITE graduates aged 30 and below
For Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR)
SPRs will only be eligible for subsidy for their first Part-time Diploma and first Post-Diploma (i.e. first Advanced Diploma, first Specialist Diploma and first Diploma (Conversion) respectively). This is subject to SPR not having previously attained a qualification at the Diploma or higher level that was subsidised through a MOE subsidy or Government sponsorship.
Request must be submitted via STEP student portal
Upon approval of the request, student will be disenrolled from the current semester. Reinstatement for the current semester will not be possible. Student may submit a reinstatement request to return to study in future semesters.
For deferment of the next semester, students should not submit the request in the current semester. Students shall complete the current semester and await a progression task for the next semester where students may choose not to progress.

Student may appeal for a review of module grade in the semester examination.
All appeals must be lodged within 4 working days after the release of the semester results.
If your appeal is submitted after the deadline, your appeal will not be considered.
Please note that only ONE such appeal can be lodged. No re-appeals are permitted.
A non-refundable fee of $21.80 (incl. of GST) per module will be charged for the appeal.
