3 high-performing ITE-to-local university students talk about why the streaming system in S’pore sucks

Mothership.sg, 7 Jun 2015 - SP’s Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering graduate and Institutional Medallist from the class of 2015, Goh Jia Hui, was featured in an online article. In the article, Jia Hui shared how he overcame delinquency and his plans to sign on and apply for a Singapore Armed Forces Scholarship. Jia Hui also shared how he sees education as a stepping-stone to enter the workforce, but also stressed on the importance of character, performance and teamwork. He also credits his SP lecturers for doing and coping well in poly. Jia Hui also opined his general thoughts on getting a degree and the local education system. Besides Jia Hui, article also featured RP’s Mass Communications graduate, Lee Joon Lei and NYP’s Electrical Engineering graduate, Joey Chang Lek Yang.
