The Straits Times – Digital Life!, 2 Jul 2014 - Serial entrepreneur and SP materials engineering graduate Mr Paddy Tan was featured in a weekly column on SMEs in the technology industry. Mr Tan shared how he started his entrepreneurial streak by starting a software-development firm Bak2U, which became a pioneer in developing security software for mobile devices. Subsequently, he sold off Bak2U and started another software-development firm BST, which employs 150 staff and contractors to build custom software and apps for Samsung, Microsoft and Lenovo.
