Giving a whole new meaning to ‘treading water’

The Sunday Times, 8 Jun 2014 - The Singapore International Water Festival organized by SP and national water agency PUB was featured in a photo story. Photo featured students donning giant floating shoes to compete in a ‘walking on water’ race. 900 youths attended the fifth edition of the festival on Saturday. Similar photo story was also reported in Lianhe Zaobao.
