Local food industries to collaborate to form Asia’s top F&B capital

Lianhe Zaobao, 17 October 2013 - Through co-operation, local F&B industries can raise the creativity and vibrancy of food industry and Singapore and emerge as Asian’s food capital. Local food industry can collaborate with tertiary institutions to come up with innovative food products. For instance, Polar Puffs & Cakes collaborated with SP’s FIRC to develop new technology to extend the shelf-life of their food products.
