MedTech industry awarded 10 million dollars to increase productivity and to retain local talent

Lianhe Zaobao, 28 Sep 2013 - With healthcare spending in Asia projected to grow at a faster pace than other regions in the coming years, a S$10 million fund has been set aside to give the medical technology (MedTech) industry here a boost — with a focus on attracting and retaining local talent. The initiative is known as the ‘MedTech Industry Transformation Initiative). Singapore Polytechnic, along with e2i and WDA will be involved in providing relevant training.
