The New Paper, 10 Oct 2013 - A senior lecturer at TP’s Aviation Management and Services diploma course commented on a safety incident that occurred last week when an unauthorised maintenance vehicle was on the runway and narrowly avoided a collision with an oncoming plane. He states that such incidents are rare due to stringent regulations.
