Polytechnic students worked with secondary school students to clinch award at First Tech Challenge

Lianhe Zaobao, 4 Dec 2013 - First Tech Challenge 2013 was held from 27 to 29 November at the Science Centre. The match involves collecting and scoring square blocks on the pendulum goals, raising flag and pulling up the robot. 4 students from SP and 3 students from Hai Sing Catholic School formed Team ‘Thor’ and managed to clinch the top prize in the Alliance Awards. They embody the essence of ‘coopertition’, a spirit that combines both co-operation and competition.
