Revamped Shaw Centre fails to pull in shoppers, tenants unhappy

The Business Times, 6 Jun 2015 - SP’s marketing retail lecturer Amos Tan opined on how tenants can ensure a steady stream of customers when they take up leases in a new shopping mall. Amos was commenting on the situation where tenants in the revamped Shaw Centre are unhappy over the lack of customers and lack of advertising for their shops by the mall management.
