Society still values degree qualifications

Lianhe Zaobao - zbComma, 27 Aug 2014 - SP student, Ms Chen Li Wei, opined on the recommendations made by the Aspire committee. She mentions her dreams of getting a degree as it offers her better job prospects and security. Ms Chen also mentions how her seniors value internships as they get to learn skills and knowledge beyond the classroom and thus welcomes the Aspire recommendation of a place-and-train programme.
