S’pore Polytechnic grads’ fund helps needy students

The Straits Times, 8 Aug 2013 - An endowment fund started by the Singapore Polytechnic Graduate’s Guild is benefitting 25 students who have fallen through the cracks of existing bursary schemes. Student Tan Yong Jie and fund chairman Jimmy Lim were quoted in the article. The article also mentions that SP is only able to help fewer than half the applicants who require financial assistance every year.
