Teenagers to learn how to manage finances

The Straits Times, 20 Oct 2013 - DPM Tharman Shanmugaratnam emphasised on the need to for national financial education at the MoneySense 10th anniversary road show yesterday. Amongst the initiatives is a pilot programme to train social workers and counsellors on financial literacy, first conducted by MoneySENSE – SP Institute for Financial Literacy last month, with further workshops being planned quarterly.
