At least one Antigen Rapid Test kit approved to extend the validity period from 15 months to 24 months

Article featured SP School of Chemical & Life Sciences senior lecturer Dr Chao Sheng Hao, who provided his inputs on the efficacy of Antigen Rapid Test (ART) kits some time after their manufactured date. He added that there is a drying process during the manufacturing to remove moisture on the surface, which will allow the kits to have a long shelf life of about one to two years.
