Improve the working conditions, wages and quality of life of low-wage workers

Discussions on using the Operation & Technology Roadmap (OTR) method led to the idea of a self-cleaning glass coating that facilitates maintenance for Total Cleanz cleaning workers. With the help of the Building Construction and Timber Industries Employees' Union (Batu), the company applied for an NTUC CTC Grant and collaborated with SP in the development of the coating.
