Winners of this year’s Student Interviewer Programme organised by Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) include SP student Jalen Goh and RP student Michelle Kong. The programme allows students to meet and interview successful business leaders to gain insights from their experiences. The interviews, which are recorded and transcribed by the student interviewers, then form part of the SOE Awards evaluation process. Jalen, who is participating in the programme for the second time, interviewed two entrepreneurs - one founded a coaching company and the other, a communications and marketing company.
