SP receives another $100,000 donation from Ian Batey

SP has received a further donation of $100,000 from Ian Batey, the founder of Batey Advertising. With a matching grant from the Ministry of Education the endowment fund, which was introduced in 2012, has a cumulative sum of $1 million. Since 2012, the fund has successfully discovered, nurtured and mentored many creative and enterprising youths through scholarships and various activities. SP Senior Director of the Business & The Creatives cluster Tan Yen Yen thanked Batey for his donation, and added that the funded challenges and hackathons will provide seed funding and mentorship to help students turn their ideas into reality.
