What You Will Learn

This course equips Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) business owners, senior management, as well as heads of departments with practical, AI-powered management tools and dashboards translating business strategies into measurable results.

Participants will learn to align their teams around a shared strategy, ensure structured execution, and implement systematic performance management, helping their organisations effectively execute and sustain business strategies for long-term growth.

This course will be conducted in Mandarin.

By end of this course, participants will be able to:
  1. Apply strategic alignment tools, such as the Strategy Map, to translate organisational strategy into clear, actionable goals effectively communicated across teams.
  2. Develop structured execution plans translating strategic priorities into measurable actions and performance outcomes that support organisational objectives.
  3. Implement process control techniques by conducting structured review meetings, using performance dashboards and tracking systems to monitor progress, ensure accountability and progress visibility.
  4. Analyse performance results using tools like the Performance Improvement Canvas, to identify performance gaps and develop targeted plans for continuous improvement.
